La intenci\u00f3n: encontrar estrategias y\/o soluciones para hacer algo m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la reactividad y que sean sostenibles .<\/p>\n<p>Entender el clima laboral como s\u00edntoma o respuesta a algo m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las relaciones entre las personas abre la mente a ver como estructuras y procesos tienen un impacto directo en las personas y que no siempre las dificultades que genera un clima laboral inc\u00f3modo tienen una fuente relacional.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso de acompa\u00f1amiento Human hizo a 80 personas protagonistas de su propio proceso evolutivo, se centr\u00f3 en constru\u00efr soluciones compartidas y se orient\u00f3 al aprendizaje. El resultado lo dejamos que lo veas a los videos donde hablan los protagonistas<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section y poner energ\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>Devoluci\u00f3n: que todo el mundo tenga la misma informaci\u00f3n y donde se valida el que ha salido generando un punto de partida firme<\/li>\n<li>Formaci\u00f3n: reconocer aquellos aspectos que est\u00e1n generando dificultades y reflexionar sobre aquellas creencias que no nos dejan avanzar<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">Co-creaci\u00f3n<\/span>: que la soluci\u00f3n sea creada por las personas eleva el nivel de adhesi\u00f3n a la nueva manera de funcionar, hac\u00e9rselo suyo garantiza la sostenibilidad de la gesti\u00f3n del cambio<\/li>\n<li>Implementaci\u00f3n: ser coherentes entre el que decimos y el que basura<\/li>\n<li>Validaci\u00f3n: escuchar a las personas en su nuevo paradigma organizacional<br
